RVCC embraces the Great Commission given by Jesus Christ before He ascended into heaven commanding all believers to go into all the world preaching the Gospel to everyone! We have started in Grand Forks and have extended to the Boundary locally. Internationally we are in two different nations, supporting three different Missionary works!
We support Black Buffalo Global Missions
We have recently come alongside Black Buffalo Global Missions to support their Missionary works in Uganda with a young Pastoral family and their incredible work with AIDS orphans. Together we help feed and educate over two hundred children every day. Currently we are working to build a children's home for the children as many do not have a permanent home.
We support Jonathan and Vera
Jonathan and Vera have served for over 12 years in Eastern Europe and Asia training pastors, discipling believers and providing humanitarian aid. They now live in Southeast Asia (SEA) where Jonathan is the Assistant Regional Director. Besides serving the amazing SEA team, they are involved in leadership training (in seminaries, Bible Schools and local churches), mobilizing local Asian missionaries, and helping refugees. They have a school for special needs children. Their desire is to see the church in South East Asia strengthened and multiplied in order to spread the love of Jesus in this needy area of the world!
We support Phil and Judy Bowler
Making disciples--this is what Phil and Judy are about. PAOC's "Alleluia" churches are young, vibrant and eager for support and training to reach this Muslim dominated country. "Dr. Phil" is the theological educational consultant for Guinea, Liberia and Senegal, and in this role he teaches courses and trains leaders for the churches of West Africa. Additionally, he is the director of Global University (formerly ICI) for these countries. Judy is the facilitator of discipleship and evangelistic strategies with a vision for multiplicative church planting in Guinea and beyond. She also oversees the ChildCARE Plus Program for Guinea. Together they are working to strengthen and develop the 17 Alleluia Christian schools in Guinea.
